TERMS & CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the “Goodfella’s IRFU Campaign.”Claim and entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions
and by participating, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and
Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

    1. Purchase Period: 00:01 18th March 2025 – 23:59 14th April 2025
    2. Registration Period: 00:01 18th March 2025 – 23:59 14th April 2025
  2. ELIGIBILITY:
    This promotion is open to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees
    and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its
    agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion including without
    limitation the Administrator. To be eligible to be entered in the prize draw, participants
    must have purchased one qualifying product (as defined in clause 3) from selected Tesco
    Ireland stores and online across ROI. Max one entry per person / email / receipt during the
    Registration Period. Valid email address, internet access and registration required as well
    as proof of purchase from Tesco showing:

    • Date of purchase during the Purchase Period;
    • Which Tesco Ireland store the purchase was made at (if purchase was not made online at
      www.tesco.ie); and
    • Details of the qualifying product purchased.
  3. QUALIFYING PRODUCTS:
    All Goodfella’s pizza products sold at Tesco Ireland are qualifying products. For a full

  4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
    Once a participant has purchased a qualifying Goodfella’s Ireland product from Tesco during
    the Promotional Period, they must visit www.goodfellascompetition.ie during
    the Registration Period to enter. Participants must enter their full name, current valid
    email address and Eircode to enter.
  5. PRIZE:
    2 winners each get 5 passes to watch the Irish Women’s
    Rugby team train on a day between 28 July and 15 August at the High Performance Centre
    in
    Blanchardstown in Dublin, plus one signed Ireland jersey and one signed rugby ball.
    Costs of travel to and from the venue will be at the winners’ expense.
  6. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw, and the winner will be selected at
    random
    by the Administrator.

    1. The winner will be contacted by the Administrator within 7 working days of the prize
      draw date.
    2. The winner has 14 days to accept the prize, by responding to the email to confirm
      their
      full address and attaching a photograph of their receipt from the Promotional
      Period. If
      they do not respond by email during this period, they will lose the right to claim
      their
      prize and an alternative winner will be drawn. The process will repeat until an
      eligible
      winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email
      account during this time in case they are the winner.
  7. No cash or other alternative reward or prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that
    in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to
    substitute a similar reward or prize of equal or greater value.
  8. It is the responsibility of each participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when
    participating in the promotion. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for participants
    failing to supply accurate information. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no
    responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost,
    damaged, delayed, or fail to reach the Administrator, and any such entries will not be accepted.
    Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  9. Participants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. The Promoter and
    the Administrator reserve the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute
    discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
  10. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, or third parties will not be
    accepted. Entries made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be
    programmed to enter) and entries that do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and
    Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
  11. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated
    companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate participants, or accept any liability,
    for any personal loss, expense, or damage in connection with this promotion. Participants’
    statutory rights are unaffected.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any stage. The Promoter will
    not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation which is caused
    by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  13. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence
    will be entered into.
  14. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable,
    then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining clauses
    shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  15. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling all prizes. Any data captured in the fulfillment
    of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used for validation of claims and for the
    fulfillment of the promotion, unless the consent of the participants has been obtained for
    further use. Data will be stored for up to 3 months from the promotion end date, after which it
    will be deleted. Personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with
    current Data Protection legislation.
    Participants can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by
    sending an email to lisa.scannell@custodian.ie. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide
    winner information to the Irish Advertising Standards Authority if requested by them. By
    participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their personal data as
    described here.
  16. If any parts of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal, or
    unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
  17. These Terms and Conditions and any questions concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms
    and Conditions will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland. Any disputes must be
    referred to the Irish courts.
